Nanette, once again you are correct. It was written by Sammy Cahn and Jule Styne. Sammy Cahn was born in New York and did much of his work writing for films in Hollywood. Jule Styne was born in England and spent time in Chicago, New York and Hollywood. It was in Hollywood that Cahn and Styne collaborated on Let It Snow which is obviously not in Idaho.
